The goal of this course is to help early childhood teachers learn about Arkansas agriculture and find ways to use local food in the classroom.

This course is mainly for caregivers in early childhood programs, but the ideas can work in any early care setting. When you finish this course, you will be able to:

• Explain the basics of using farm-to-early-childhood education in your program
• Use farm-to-ECE practices in your classroom
• Create simple policies and learning activities that include local food
