GCS Units 43: Child Abuse and Neglect (FY24)
Course Description: Child care providers are often the first people to notice that a child is being abused or neglected. They are likely to notice physical signs of abuse, such as bruises or burns. They may also notice changes in the child’s behavior. To help children who are being abused or neglected, child care providers can learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of different types of abuse.
